HD Plugin needs hd.streamer flashvar

Description

If the standard-def and high-def files have different streamer settings, the HD plugin will fail to perform the switch. We should add an "hd.streamer" flashvar, which will switch the same way "hd.file" does.

Fixed in [1159].

Just added in a streamer property where ever a file property already existed.
