enhance skinning with Flash 5.2 goodies

There's lots of stuff we're getting right in the 5.2 Flash player. The 1.0 HTML5 player should support the same goodies:

  • fontcolor / fontsize / fontface for position/duration markers.
  • button rollovers (controlbar / display / dock)
  • animated GIFs for the bufferIcon
  • timeSlider endcaps
  • controlbar element margins
  • (?) arbitrary controlbar button layout
