RTMP streams w/ rtmp.subscribe=true don't get bandwidth updates

Description

If rtmp.subscribe is set to true, the player doesn't request a bandwidth check from the server. Although this is done to reduce the delay in starting the video, it also prevents the player from being able to do bandwidth switching.

The behavior should be: 1) Call FCSubscribe 2) When the subscription succeeds, call checkBandwidth

This issue also appears to effect the current 4.7 trunk.
