The HD plugin was branched off and released for v5 because, as you noticed, the v4 HD plugin didn't work properly in v5.

So besides this RTMP bug, we're good on the HD plugin?
Perhaps nice to put the v5 branch in plugins/hd/v5 and v4 in plugins/hd/v4?

Actually, HD doesn't work at all using the 5 player. Perhaps we should create a V5 HD plugin? Makes sense, considering this is a much used plugin.
