Create HTML controlbar

Description

Creating a standalone controlbar for the HTML5 player will also benefit the Flash player if we do it correctly. Perhaps also even the Silverlight player?

The controlbar should have:

  • PNG skinning support (as compatible as possible with V5 PNG skins)
  • Bottom / over positioning.
