 * First, the tab order (tabbing through the buttons) does not reflect the left > right ordering of buttons. Fullscreen will be selected before mute for example. This can be set either in Flash (SWF skin) or in actionscript (tabIndex).
 * Second, we should double-check of all controlbar buttons have an accessiblity label and shortcut key. I do believe they have these. If not, they can be set again in Flash or in actionscript."	bug	closed		Flash 5.2		fixed
