Link plugin for 5.x

Since the link button has been removed from the 5 player, it may be helpful to have a simple plugin (linker) that adds the functionality back in.

The plugin could take an argument, linker.link, or it could use the playlist item's 'link' property.

The icon itself should be skinnable (and/or specified as a parameter).

There's the clickproxy plugin for this. If needed, we can extend this with controlbar / dock support.
