Snapshot plugin: black borders sent

Message: Hi guys, sorry to bug you again but I see 4.6 has been released so I grabbed it and tested with the snapshot plugin. Its working better than the pre-release versions, which just gave a black screen but there's still an issue with it capturing seemingly random amounts of black bars.
