Have you tried clearing the flash cookies? Set it to 0, reload the player and try changing the volume again.

After disabling / clearing flash cookies, the problem still persists.

Seems to be a YT issue. It works in all browsers I tested (FF / Safari / IE7). Please do some quick digging yourself with IE6 and the yt.swf. If nothing can be found, then close the ticket wontfix.

Hmm, this seems to be something who still uses the 4.0/4.1 player and/or a cached yt.swf. This was a bug over a year ago, which has been fixed since.
