Autostart+reload in Internet Explorer causes error

Description

Confirmed in JW 4.3+

Steps to reproduce:

1) Set up player with autostart=true. 2) Open a player in Internet Explorer (versions 6 & 7 confirmed). 3) Refresh the page. 4) Player will appear blank, but the video's sound will be heard.

I cannot reproduce this, but think this is a dupe to #524. It is fixed now, by ignoring NetStream.Play.Stop commands in the first second of a video.
