Description

A semitransparent overlay might indeed be nicer.

What would also be better I think, is that the playlist has a button to show/hide it and not automatically pop up at the beginning/end. That way users can see for themselves when they want to get the playlist.

Semitransparency is in there. The button is too much of a diversion from the current playlist setup.
