fix repeat / autostart / shuffle functionality

• when item != 0 and shuffle == true, this first item should be respected
• when repeat != true, the playlist should be played from item to item-1.
• when shuffle == true the prev/next buttons should keep the shuffle history.
• when playlist.length > 1 and repeat == false, the playlist should still be played once.
