Disable v5 skinning features not officially supported in v6

To avoid confusion, we should remove v5 skinning features that we have deprecated in v6. This includes:

  • blankButton
  • horizontal volume
  • layout block

A (more drastic) alternative is to disallow loading ZIP skins in JW6 and only do XML...

If we do decide to not break v5 skins altogether, we should disable the v5 features not officially supported in v6:

  • blankButton
  • horizontal volume
  • layout block
