WordPress: Remove HTML5 automated skin extraction

Description

The automated extraction process is causing white screens for a few users in the admin section of their site. This is likely due to time out issues. While not widespread this is a serious bug and needs to be addressed in the next release.

This functionality was removed and is now a manual process.

This was causing numerous issues and the need for this should be gone with future versions of the player.
