Investigate optimal bufferlength

The current longer bufferlength adds stability, but introduces some latency for live feeds.

Investigate what the best setting is for the various mode(s). A step-based approach is also possible.

For video, we'll set a buffer of 1s. For RTMP, it is configurable.
