Stream subscription reports dropped frames

Description

Sometimes, RTMP stream subscription takes so long the player actually thinks the stream is not picking up b/c of frames dropped. I should look into delaying the framedrop counting until the subscription is done.

It's a bit weird that Flash reports dropped frames while nothing is playing yet though ...
