Investigate how to handle the "no video" state

Description (last modified by jeroen) (diff)

If no media is loaded, the 4.x player didn't show the playIcon. The current player does show the icon though. Users then presume a file is loaded and don't understand why nothing happens on click.

We should investigate and discuss what the player should do in such a state. Show an error?
