Description
If a user clicks the volume slider very close to 0, chances are good that the intention is mute the player. This is especially useful with skins which exclude the mute/unmute button.
We should look into tweaking the volume slider so that clicks near 0 (> 5%, perhaps) are interpreted as 0% volume.
