Dock doesn't work on iPad

There's various issues with the dock on the iPad:

• The dock is positioned top-left.
• Buttons cannot be clicked.
• Buttons have no black background sheet.

It makes me wonder how the dock works on phones - perhaps we should just disable it altogether on those small screens?

Confirmed - you can't click on anything that sits over a <video> on the iPad. We should probably just disable the dock on mobile devices.

Let's disable it for now and add a ticket for a future version to investigate a dock that sits next to the video (like hulu). See attached image.

We can do all kinds of things with this dock. For example, it can be only visible when the video is idle/paused.
