Skins: a few enhancements

The following skins are officially supported by BOTR - and probably also by PAAS:

  • Bekle
  • Five (default)
  • Glow
  • Modieus
  • Simple
  • Stijl

There's a few small things we should do to clean up these skins:

  • All skins should get support for the HD / Captions plugins.
  • The Glow share field should display colored Facebook/Twitter icons.
  • The Bekle skin should get a thumbless playlist.
  • The Modieus skin should get a bit more contrast.
  • The Simple skin should get an overlay padding.
  • The Bekle and Modieus skins should be less bright (to make them blend in more).

All done. The only thing that doesn't work well is some of the skins + plugins + dock=false. Fine with that though, dock is much preferred for advanced features.
