Bugfix release and wrapup of the 4.x line. No new functionality.

This release focuses on improving player-javascript interaction:
- Plugin » javascript binding mechanism
- Javascript embed wrapper that supports short calls / inline handlers
- Various Youtube upgrades (no more separate yt.swf)
- Some dynamic streaming enhancements (_droppedframes monitoring / SMIL support)

First public release of the HTML5 player. Supports a range of options and PNG skins:
- Same skinning functionality as the 5.2 Flash player
- Built-in default skin
- Resize/fullscreen support
- File loading support (for playlists)
- Dock support (for plugins)

Cuepoint functionality for e.g. instream ads, chapters and annotations.

Ongoing; contains tickets for new or existing javascripts/plugins/skins.

Several updates to the HTML5 player:
- Support for custom buttons in the controlbar/dock
- Support for custom controlbar layouts
