The state (true/false) determines whether HD is enabled on startup.
It overrides the cookie that stores the HD state per domain.
Fullscreen (true/false) determines whether HD is enabled when switching to FS.
The fullscreen option does not disable HD when switching back to normalscreen.
Both the state and fullscreen options work only in Flash and HTML5 on Pointer devices.
They don't work on Touch devices like iPad, iPhone, Android.
