Null holding clips do not work with Flowplayer 3.2.8

Null holding clip URLs do not work with Flowplayer 3.2.8 - need an actual holding clip URL now. Use the same as the OVA for JW5 clip

Update - unable to just use the URL of the blank MP4 holding clip - when this is configured Flowplayer stops active VPAID ads after the stream has played and moves onto the next clip. More logic is required in the player. Make this logic specific to 3.2.8 or higher.

Fixed 1.0.1 RC2 (Build 10) - 3.2.8 specific logic added to ensure that HoldingClips have a valid stream URL and the player is paused when the stream starts playing
