Custom clip properties being dropped from 1.0.1 RC1 onwards

Description
JW custom clip properties were being dropped from the clip from 1.0.1 RC1 onwards. OVA for JW5 only.
Example XML feed with custom properties is:
<jwplayer:masterfile>media/2012/03/11/1/192/1922398/22166653.mov</jwplayer:masterfile>
<jwplayer:nid>22166653</jwplayer:nid>
Reason is that the additional properties are not being copied over in JWPlaylistItem when OVA schedules.
