Looks to be limited to AS3 insertion mode, not HTML5.

Fixed - OVA for AS3 1.0.1 RC1 (build 8)

Specific SWF object insertion code created for IE6 SWF case - see CompanionAd.buildSWFObjectInsertionCode()
