Description
For some reason, the new FP 3.2.6 reports the control bar height as 0 - this causes problems with the sizing of overlays etc.

For now, implemented a conditional check when OVA determines the control bar height:
- If flowplayer version is 3.2.6 and the manual config option isn't set to specify the control bar height, the height is set to the default control bar height 28

Have reported the issue to Flowplayer to find out why the controls height property is now 0.
Have also added an option in the "ads.controls" configuration property to allow the height of the control bar to be manually set.
