it seems, that the ClickTracking-URLs are completely ignored

Fixed. There was a bug stopping the click tracking URLs being recorded in the VAST wrapper carrying through to the final video ad in the sequence.
Resolved and tested.

Investigating - can I ask - which version of what are you running - OVA for Flowplayer or OVA for JW Player?
Are you referring to the ClickThrough, ClickTracking and CustomClick tags in the Video/VideoClicks part of the template?
