autoPlay not working in OVA when only specified in the playlist

Description

If autoPlay is set on the first playlist item and not in the OVA configuration, it's ignored.

Actually, this isn't a bug.

For autoPlay to work properly, if there is a pre-roll declared, autoPlay needs to be set in OVA - the playlist clip isn't the first item in the list so it doesn't make sense to have autoPlay in the playlist but not OVA.
