Ticket #138: Fixed the issue where a thumbnail/splash image set via the flashvars "image=" was being ignored after OVA ad scheduling. An extra option "ignoreDefaultSplashImage" has been introduced to stop the flicker on the image in the splash player as it's reset post ad scheduling
